The service took quite a bit longer than I expected. I waited in the bay while I watched 4 techs try to figure out the coolant changing pump while I watched and waited. Then when the service started, one guy(manager I think) walks over to my truck, doesn't say a word to me, he pulls my air filter, oil dip stick, and starts to fill the washer reservoir. At which point I told him not to fill with the blue stuff. Then he walked anyway...I waited a few more minutes before the same (manager) told one tech to slide over to my truck. Very inefficient and slow service compared to that which I have received at my local area. Wasn't the worst time getting my oil changed, but wasn't very good
I just wanted to give a special shoutout to the fellas at this Take 5 Oil Change, I was driving back home to Columbus, and they ease my worries in helping me with getting my car working after it overheated. And just need some coolant. I can't thank them enough especially Rob, who knowingly got me driving back safely. Thank you guys, if I ever need any oil change in greater Cleveland area, I will go to Medina over any other places.
Had a 25% off veteran coupon and don’t think I actually got that!! They always pressure you into upselling everything!! I don’t like that at all!! I did ask for a rear window washer blade cuz mine was shot and they did that!! I usually travel to Ashland for my oil changes that I’ve gone to for years but with gas prices the way they I thought against it! But now that the math is matching id been better off driving to Ashland!!
