First experience here. First greet by Jen was warm and welcoming. She knew exactly where my cabin filter was when I mentioned needing a replacement. No tech has been able to locate it since buying my car. She eagerly took on the task of prying it from under the hood- yes, it needed prying it’s been in there so long. So happy to have that replaced after all of these years. Thank you, Jen!! Logan had an enjoyable personality and I appreciated William’s attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you all for taking care of me & my car.
I can't say enough good things about Take 5 Oil Change in Loveland, especially Erin and Rob. I came in with a unique problem after starting an oil change at home. The oil filter had been massively overtightened and was completely seized. After fighting with it for a long time, I gave up and brought my car to Take 5, explained the situation, and asked if there was anything they could do. Erin and Rob were incredibly gracious, understanding, and willing to help. They spent time trying to remove the filter, but eventually told me they didn't think they could get it off. I was honestly horrified at what that might mean for my next steps. Seeing how stressed I was, Erin said, "Let me try one more time." That extra effort made all the difference. Erin managed to get the filter off when it seemed impossible, saving me from what could have become a very expensive and frustrating repair. Both Erin and Rob treated me with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. Customer service like this is rare. They went above and beyond for someone who walked in with a problem they didn't create, and I'll never forget it. I am truly grateful for their help and will be a loyal customer from now on. Thank you, Erin and Rob—you are incredible!
