The workers here are wonderful. You are welcomed with a bottle of water-super nice touch. ‘Dave’ was my play by play guy. Explained everything that the guys were doing. Also said probably need my radiator flushed soon but was never pushy about it. I’ve never actually timed it because I have (had) this stupid plate under my engine that always took them forever to take off and put back on. It’s gone now and I forgot to time. I’m sure it is quite close to 10 minutes. It might be pricier than other places but honestly it is close, they do a great job and it is convenient.
Outstanding Service! I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The service was insanely fast.. I was literally in and out in no time without even having to step out of my car. A huge shoutout to David, who was absolutely great! He was professional, super friendly, and handed me an ice-cold bottle of water the second I pulled up. What I appreciated most was that he was completely honest and didn't try to pressure me into unnecessary add-ons or oversell services I didn't need. Top-notch customer service, fast turnaround, and honest staff. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my future oil changes!
Id always gone to the dealership for my oil changes. They were 2 months out on appoinments and I had to get an oil change before a road trip. I was hesitant to go to just a quick lube but I had to do it. WOW was I impressed. The team there was top notch. The service was phenomenal and the price was less that what I was used to paying with the same oil. Take 5 in Lakewood is my stop now. Thank you!
