Today was a great and easy visit. I was greeted by Qua, who directed me into the pit area. Devin greeted me right away and then everyone got to work. Devin was very helpful in guiding me through the process. She showed me the air filter but did not pressure me into buying a new one, which I really appreciated. Through each step she logged the information in the computer, so it could accessed for next time. Qua efficiently replaced the windshield wipers, which I know are complicated on a Kia. While I was waiting, I saw Matt and Jake working hard to keep the greasy floor clean. The whole process took only a few minutes because Michael in the pit really knows what he's doing. Devin answered all of my questions about the operation. She is extremely knowledgeable. The team works well together and the camaraderie is obvious. Everything runs very smoothly each time I come in. See you in a few months.
Absolutely wonderful. A guy named Castro, and a girl named Amina really got me taken care of today! It was fast and quick service with outstanding prices for my oil change and coolant flush. They truly did a great job! Castro explained to me what was needed and what was good, and he got me all squared away. Thanks Castro! Amina put my new windshield wiper blades on also. Thanks! A happy customer here😁👍
I had a great experience with Kyler and his team. Did a great job of handling what i needed in the moment, and also taught me about what i should be looking to get tuned up in my next few car check ups. I did not feel pressured for extra services, but felt very welcomed to come back for future services. 10/10. Kyler and his team did exactly what i was looking for.
