Genuinely a very pleasant experience. I hope I get the names correct, but I believe there were two Austins and a Leah that helped me. And another guy as well, but they worked so quickly my head was spinning and I couldn't keep up. They were all very nice and informative. I think I likely waited longer than they estimated, but I saw the way they inspected the heck out of the person in front of me's car, so no complaints there. I'd prefer them being thorough. I felt included every step of the way and appreciated Leah's recommendations. She wasn't pushy at all, and was super friendly and fun to banter with. Came in for an oil change, and ended up with a new air filter as well at her suggestion. Left with peace of mind. Highly recommend! Very convenient service and very kind mechanics.
I has never been in Yake 5 before. But they were courteous and took time to explain the different service options. I was impressed. The price is fair. My time is valuable and not having to make an appointment was a winning feature. I was impressed with them.
They were very fast and efficient. normally it would take longer to get it done in the past but they got it done in a timely manner. extremely friendly and even interacted with my daughter and gave her stickers. Very good crew working there now.
