Services was excellent, but it was a guy in a van holding everything up three cars got done before me when I was the second person in line they move me over due to the mean Somali guy who wanted all this certain service but didn’t want to pay and was being very nasty to the crew they handled it very well because I wanted to say something to the men and he was being racist to the men very racist I really couldn’t take how he was talking and treating the crew yall should ban that guy but overall they were excellent and patient and kept their composure great job
The young lady who did my service went above and beyond to fix a problem that she did not have to fix. I had zip ties on the shield under my suv and she took the time to replace the clips. The he young man with her was just as helpful. Very great service. When I went to tip they refused as they said great customer service was part of there job, I pushed them to take it anyway.
Fast service - employees explain everything before starting services. They make sure you’re happy prior to sticking the credit card machine out asking for payment! Recommended me signing up for emails and text alerts and it got me a coupon for $25.00 off my oil change which was awesome.
