I was amazed by how well their company has run. I’ve been there before, but this time was different. For the first time somebody checked and went through the process of opening up the air filter that’s actually inside the car behind the glove compartment, And when she took it out, it was like food on a dinner plate. That’s how much crap was on it. I was really shocked by that. No mechanic has ever done that with any of my cars, and I have allergies, so that made a big impression on me.
Got helped by Jay today, and this guy knows how to take care of his customers. He was knowledgeable and helped educate me in a way that didn’t feel like he was up-charging me. Felt like he actually cared about my car being on the road safely, and not just trying to hit a quota. Great service like this is why I always come back to this location.
Thank you to the kind gentleman that helped me 09.25.26. I would have absolutely blown my engine. I appreciate you more than you know. Also- to the computer entry man- I appreciate your help and not making me feel stupid in my second of crisis. You were patient & helpful also. 5 stars for HONESTY & DIRECT INFORMATION!
