I had the best experience there! Alex, Marvi and a Michael were awesome! They were detailed, had GREAT ATTITUDES, washed my windows, lubricated my door hinges, checked my battery and tire pressure, and topped off my service with an air freshener. On top of everything, my oil and air filter change was fast and they made me feel welcomed! Great job guys! I'll be back in 3,000 miles! UPDATE: went again and STILL GOT GREAT SERVICE! The team there is outstanding! They have positive attitudes and went above and beyond to get me what I needed. They give fast and thorough service which is appreciated when other locations take a very long time. Everyone on W. 150th hustles… they do not lack. Thank you for not taking our time for granted!
I’d never used Take5 before and always went to the dealership for service. This was a much better alternative! No appointment, no wait time on a Saturday afternoon, and great service by a really well-coordinated team. Special shoutout to Zay who walked me through all the options, and was never a hard sell (though I did go with the cost-effective premium services and oil). Oil change, filters replaced, tires and fluids checked, all in about 20 minutes. One of my best decisions in recent memory, and I’ll be back. 5 stars, easily
I just want to say how refreshing it is to be taken care of by such informed and very polite workers. Taryn runs a very well oiled shop. Pun intended ! Starting with a cold bottle of water, before I could even ask. I truly was concerned my muffler was falling off, but they did a quick inspection and put my mind at ease. But didn't inform me that I would need to get it taken care of.
