I was amazed by how well their company has run. I’ve been there before, but this time was different. For the first time somebody checked and went through the process of opening up the air filter that’s actually inside the car behind the glove compartment, And when she took it out, it was like food on a dinner plate. That’s how much crap was on it. I was really shocked by that. No mechanic has ever done that with any of my cars, and I have allergies, so that made a big impression on me.
I've been going here for years. There's a reason I keep continuing to come back. I always get treated with respect and with friendly service and I know that my car is going to be taken care of correctly. I always get my veterans discount and so I feel confident that my car is in good hands and at a reasonable price
I had the best experience there! Alex, Marvi and a Michael were awesome! They were detailed, had GREAT ATTITUDES, washed my windows, lubricated my door hinges, checked my battery and tire pressure, and topped off my service with an air freshener. On top of everything, my oil and air filter change was fast and they made me feel welcomed! Great job guys! I'll be back in 3,000 miles! UPDATE: went again and STILL GOT GREAT SERVICE! The team there is outstanding! They have positive attitudes and went above and beyond to get me what I needed. They give fast and thorough service which is appreciated when other locations take a very long time. Everyone on W. 150th hustles… they do not lack. Thank you for not taking our time for granted!
