I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me. After I ran into an issue due to some misinformation from customer service, the team at the location was understanding and worked with me to make sure I could still get my oil change. Their kindness and excellent customer service really stood out. They even offered us water while we waited, which was a thoughtful touch. It’s refreshing to be treated with such care and respect. Thank you to the entire team for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!
Quick, careful, and friendly service. The crew demonstrated respect for my vehicle and I. They weren't pushy about oil type or service upgrades (to be fair my car requires full synthetic). My car was serviced in around ten minutes, and half of that was because they used the evacuator to avoid stripping my drain plug. I was very pleased, and I will use their service again.
I’ve been to this location several times and the service has never been bad. This time I had the opportunity to meet Nash! Great service all around the board from the entire team! Thank you Mr. Nash for having such positive energy and taking the time to take care of me with suggestions rather just selling me anything. You can tell he takes pride in his work ! My new go to!
