I had a great experience here! The employees, especially Logan and the other team member who helped me, were very friendly, professional, and patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. My oil change took about 30 minutes. I wasn’t in a hurry, and I felt the wait time was reasonable, but I wanted to mention it so other customers know what to expect. Another big plus is that they’re open until 8:00 PM, which was very convenient for my schedule and one of the main reasons I chose this location. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for friendly service and a positive experience 😊
New crew is great. Very efficient and considerate of my time. He explained they were from the Wooster location as the old crew was gone. Thankfully because they were terrible. Refused to change my oil when I stopped in a couple of months ago stating my oil was clean and I didn’t need it. It took them roughly 40 minutes to come to that conclusion. Will definitely be back to deal with the new team.
The man in charge, Brad, told and showed me things that could use work or replaced. He then gave me options as I couldn't get them all at that time.
