I went to a different oil place in town that was cheaper ( Big mistake!) They spent over 30 minutes trying to find my mileage on my vehicle and ultimately said they couldn’t help me! I called my husband upset and he said to go to take 5, that’s where he goes. I get there and I’m seen immediately! It takes your technician two minutes to find the mileage button and start the oil change. I have never had an oil change like the one at your establishment!! They cleaned my windshield, checked my tires, checked all my filters triple checked that my oil cap was on and put my dip stick in its correct place. I went to O’rileys earlier in the day to add some oil and he couldn’t figure out where my dip stick went and just set it in there and closed the hood. By the time I had reached your place I was tired and very upset having cried the 15 minute drive there. By the time I left your employees took care of the issues and made a few jokes to cheer me up. I will recommend your company to everyone I know, thank you so much for turning my day around, it means a lot that your company and employees care.
I had a great experience here! The employees, especially Logan and the other team member who helped me, were very friendly, professional, and patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. My oil change took about 30 minutes. I wasn’t in a hurry, and I felt the wait time was reasonable, but I wanted to mention it so other customers know what to expect. Another big plus is that they’re open until 8:00 PM, which was very convenient for my schedule and one of the main reasons I chose this location. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for friendly service and a positive experience 😊
New crew is great. Very efficient and considerate of my time. He explained they were from the Wooster location as the old crew was gone. Thankfully because they were terrible. Refused to change my oil when I stopped in a couple of months ago stating my oil was clean and I didn’t need it. It took them roughly 40 minutes to come to that conclusion. Will definitely be back to deal with the new team.
