It has been a while since I got wowed with excellent service, especially as a first time customer! But wow - I am impressed with this location and the people! It’s obvious they have SOPs, and they follow them flawlessly without it feeling robotic or anywhere close to “standard.” Knowledgeable - not salesy. Service minded without being “over the top.” Respectful and efficient. Professional in every way and inspiring to me as a small business owner. I know how rare it is to find top talent, and Take 5 certainly has that in Noah, their asst manager, and his teammate, Skylar. Give these guys some recognition! I will be back!
This was my first visit to a Take 5 Oil. They did not disappoint. By staying in my vehicle I was able to watch what they were doing inside the engine compartment. Hans took care of setting up my account and Skylar assisted with answering my other questions. Hans explained in detail what services they offered and helped me decide how to proceed. They work well together as a team and made the experience efficient and enjoyable.
Quick service with a little comedy to make the time fly by thanks to our very own Matt Rife look-alike, Skyler. 😆🤷🏼♀️ I had to say it! Hans was awesome too—super quick and efficient. Thanks, guys! Great service all around! -Christina
