It has been a while since I got wowed with excellent service, especially as a first time customer! But wow - I am impressed with this location and the people! It’s obvious they have SOPs, and they follow them flawlessly without it feeling robotic or anywhere close to “standard.” Knowledgeable - not salesy. Service minded without being “over the top.” Respectful and efficient. Professional in every way and inspiring to me as a small business owner. I know how rare it is to find top talent, and Take 5 certainly has that in Noah, their asst manager, and his teammate, Skylar. Give these guys some recognition! I will be back!
It was a busy and hot day. The young men working were moving people in and out as quickly as they safely could. They were like a well oiled machine themselves. They gave me a bottle of ice cold water while I waited which was very appreciated. Will definitely use them again.
I had a great experience at take 5 oil change. Jeff ,Mason, and the rest of the team were very professional, very attentive, and are great for this company. Thank you guys, you made a needed task easy to be taken care of. I will be seeing them again
