I recently visited Take 5 Oil Change and had a great experience. Even though they were clearly short-handed, the two gentlemen working handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. They kept the process moving quickly without cutting corners, and their attitude stayed positive the entire time. It’s not easy to maintain that level of service under pressure, but they made it look effortless. Definitely appreciate the hard work and would come back again. 👏🚗
NIck and Anthony are absolutely wonderful. They knew what they were doing. They communicated to me and with eachother what they were each doing. They also, showed me the oil stick before and after. I will definitely be back and I'll gladly send others to them. Oh, and thank you for the water.
Staff was very friendly, helpful and sincerely wanted to make sure I was satisfied. They explained options, etc. They double check to make sure what they use is what is recommended for the car via VIN number. Great service and done professionally in a timely manner.
