I came to this Take 5 location after leaving another oil change shop nearby because of an extremely unpleasant customer-service experience. The difference was immediate. The employees here were welcoming, respectful, and clear about where I needed to go and what to expect. They treated me like a valued customer, communicated professionally, and made the entire oil change process easy and stress-free. What stood out most was the attitude of the staff. They were friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about providing good service. After the way my morning had started, their professionalism was especially appreciated. This is exactly how customers should be treated. I will gladly return to this location for future oil changes and would recommend them to anyone looking for fast service and a respectful, professional team.
I had a great experience with the technician who worked on my BMW X5. He was extremely professional, thorough, and determined to get the job done right. He even cut his arm and injured his finger while changing my oil, but he remained focused and completed the service with a positive attitude. I also noticed that he was training a new employee and did an excellent job of supporting her throughout the process. He patiently walked her through each step, demonstrating professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping her learn. I don’t normally take my BMW to quick-service oil change locations, but this experience exceeded my expectations. It was refreshing to receive quality service without sacrificing convenience. I will definitely be returning and utilizing your services again in the future. Thank you for such outstanding customer service!
