To all the other companies doing oil changes in the area: if one of your regular customers comes here and they get the service I got, you will have lost that customer forever. You owe it to yourselves to come here and see how it's done. I wish I could remember everybody's names. Should have written them down so I could mention them here. It was whoever was working around 11 am on the 4th October 2026. Courteous, informative, helpful, knowledgeable, fast, affordable...these guys are a freaking pit crew, and by all observable clues, seem to really love their jobs. I find that in these sort of situations there's usually some unseen hand, an unacknowledged or secret influence who sacrificed somehow for the good of another...or society. Maybe it was a father who wasn't satisfied with mediocrity. Or a manager who just knows how to get the most out of their charges. Regardless, I just want to say well done, whoever you are. You've restored my hope in humanity.
The entire team at Take 5 were kind, personable efficient the whole time I was there. I was greeted with a bottle of cold water. They were friendly and provided pricing details as requested. They did double checks to make sure things were done correctly. The cabin air filter was challenging to remove but they were able to get it out with some effort. I was pleased with everything about the experience except the price was slightly higher than others. Service was top tier and made it worth the extra $$. Will definitely recommend and return.
By far the best service I have ever received. The employees were professional, kind, quick, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. Not only did they change my oil in less than 20 minutes, but they didn't try to upsell anything -- they were just very straightforward and helpful. But best of all, they were able to fix my windshield wiper fluid issue, which saved me a trip to the repair shop and has been a huge inconvenience for months. I couldn't believe they were able to fix it.. I was blown away by their expertise and their willingness to help -- amazing. Could not be more thrilled to have found this place -- will continue to refer friends and family and will always bring my car here. Top notch -- absolutely recommend!
