Absolutely amazing service from a professional team! After pulling up, I was greeted by Chris, who offered me a cold bottle of water and walked me through what my first experience at Take 5 would be like. Before, during and after my service, I had Ashton walking me through all the steps that were being taken in real time and offering recommendations and guidance on proper maintenance. Once my service was complete, I had Joshua follow up to ensure that all of their service was up to par and if I had any questions or needed anything else. Just a truly phenominal experience for a first time customer! I will definintely be bringing my car back the next time I need an oil change!
This was my 1st time using TAKE 5. I will never use anyone else again. The treatment I received was like no other. The man at the 15/501 shop was just amazing. Thank you guys for all your help yesterday. I wasn't in the best place because I was leaving to say goodbye to my sister and they were so helpful. I wish I got there names but I didn't. Im sure they told me I just didn't hear it. Thank you once again Irene
