After trying twice in one week at Valvoline in Penfield and Webster (one had no filters and the other we waited over a half hour behind one car getting a oil change and just left.. we pulled right in at this take 5 location for the first time. We were immediately greeted with such friendly customer service and water bottles and was incredibly quick. The new manager May is knowledgeable and super friendly and Nick was amazing! Got my oil change done quickly, air in the tires and wiper fluid topped off. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!
After multiple poor experiences at Valvoline in a row we decided to come to Take 5 and we're blown away with how much easier it was and amazing customer service. We had no wait and went right in. The store manager was very nice and detailed and both her and the tech (if that's what they are called) were joking around and their happiness rubs off. Happily will go out of our way to return to this location.
My first time here, and I was impressed with the quality service they gave me on my truck . They were Very thorough and treated my truck with care. They even gave me a discount for my service in the Military. A crew like that deserves my business. Thank you ☺️
