Unbelievably professional. Customer service out of the park! Met me with an icy water and gave my three year old a pack of fruit snacks. Offered the service of exchanging my cabin air filter which 100% improved my AC Temp and pressure. Manager introduced himself and went the extra mile. Had a great coupon but the service at full price was still less than Valvoline for the same quality of fluid service. Had me out the door quick. I'll be back every oil change with all of my vehicles. I can change my own oil but I like having it done for me for the sake of time and energy savings. Worth every penny. You won me over and I'm telling my friends and family. I run a business myself and I learned a thing or two from how seriously this business takes customer service. See you next time!
I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed by this business, I felt inspired to do so. Malikah and Juan, the young men that serviced my car were exceptionally well mannered, well informed, and even well groomed. I got the sense that the equally as kind manager, Alan, treated his employees with respect and trust. It's refreshing to encounter a business that seems to take such great pride in the services they offer. I trust Malikah and Juan will have bright futures as Auto Mechanic Professionals. I highly recommend this location. Excellent and efficient customer service.
it was my first time 1st visit for an oil change, and I learned the many services that they provide here at take five. The gentlemen were awesome. Josh took care of us and provided quite a bit of information things I didn't know about my car. They expedited the service for me and I felt bad that I showed up 15 minutes before closing time. But to Josh, customer service was important to him and he provided stellar service. I will definitely be a return customer.
