I never thought I would ever say that I thoroughly enjoyed getting my oil changed; that is until today! The excellent customer service that I received from Jesus, Steve and Sukii was above & beyond! All 3 of them are stellar individuals! I was greeted with smiles, provided awesome information and the were so genuine! From here on, I will be going to Take 5 Oil Change on Craig & Losee! These 3 employees were so great that I want to hire them! I'm a manager and will take them! Please properly praise and celebrate Jesus, Steve & Sukii as they are worth it and more!
The attendant was very polite, she informed me of the oil available for high mileage vehicles, inspected the cabin and engine air filters, purchased the engine. She also informed me of the recommended service for the engine coolant also informed me that the services for the vehicle had been kept up prior to me purchasing it. I was pleased with the overall service, I would recommend using T5 to friends and family.
pulled in to replace torn windshield wipers. after doing fluid checks, it was discovered I really needed radiator coolant flush and replacement …of course, I didn’t want to do it but when confronted with the reality of the necessity of doing it (I had not serviced the coolant since ???) I relented — and I’m glad I did. The flush revealed a leaking, worn hose a few days later -> so, I prevented a road breakdown somewhere later which would have annoyed me far more than the cost of prevention that day at ‘Take 5’. Good call! Service Personnel were helpful, friendly, not pushy but straightforward and realistic with me which I appreciated. Good Job!
