Ariana and Dakota were a great team that made me feel confident in their service. I mentioned my air filter not being the easiest to replace and Dakota was knowledgeable to know what I was talking about. 👍👍. Ariana had no trouble letting the better person for the job do the job while she took care of getting me squared away in the computer. Very personable, fast moving folks. I appreciated that they were not the typical pushy salesman that I normally encounter when I have my car serviced somewhere. They handled the upsell suggestion well in that it also came with a discount. Thats a smart business move. I said yes. On top of that, they were more than happy to let me use a coupon. I'll go back.

I had to top up my car and with the sweltering heat I decided to try a new quick service station in town and let me tell you it was incredible. From the moment I pulled up the staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable in what they were doing. For everything they did or offered to do for me they kept me in the loop and worked very quickly. The place is practically a NASCAR Pit crew for hire! I highly recommend the Lees Summit location and will likely return in the future!

Since I got my first car I have always taken my car to a family owned shop for everything, but since family sold their business I've had to find different avenues to get my car serviced. I was very nervous to get my oil change done here, but Rodney and Arianna answered all my questions and made me feel more comfortable. I was able to pull right in without an appointment and they did the work quickly. Other services were offered without pressure to purchase and I did opt to replace the air filter as well. Will definitely be visiting again for future oil changes.
