This was my first time visiting Take 5. I was very impressed. The technician that checked me in offered me a bottle of water with a big smile. It was a wait but it was worth it. The technician that serviced my truck explained my options in full details. Once everything was done, they did a thorough inspection to ensure everything was properly secured. I will definitely be coming back. I was very impressed with the friendly staff and professional attitudes.
They were extra busy yesterday ! So it took extra long but celeb I believe his name was. He pulled me in and got me taken care of ! My wife’s car had been having issues with the ac keeping up during these hot days. Well he pulled out the cabin air filter and it was terrible and dirty as can be. And since the ac has been awesome ! Thank you to the take 5 guys in olive Branch ! I’ll be back for sure ! My wife is also thank full!
I finally found customer service Caleb, Deion &Jack were the best guys in 30yrs i have had to service my car so i took mybwife car the next day and plan to take my mother's car there soon. More companies should focus on treating people more personal instead of asembly line come and go. Thanks guys for taking the time to explain what you're doing and the cold bottle of water at 100° was over the to kudo's Brudren☝️❤️✊️
