Cambio de aceite en Olive Branch, MS en 7416 Goodman Rd..

I usually go to a different location, but when I pulled up to that location, they were extremely busy. They were nine people waiting in line and three people already inside so I googled and I found another location to drive to and I’m glad that I did because when I got to this location in Olive Branch Mississippi I only had to wait less than 10 minutes and when I got in the Customer Service was great they listen to what I needed done exactly and the surface was quick. They did exactly what I needed done. I noticed that the other location when I go there which is quite often because I drive for a living, so I need oil changes very very often, but I did notice that at the other location there’s usually 4 to 6 people working on one vehicle and so the lines are just ridiculous I guess I found my new location to go to Olive Branch Mississippi because at least there I know that the Techs are spread out working on the vehicles so that the lines aren’t crazy and not everybody’s just working on one or two vehicles

I yet again had an awesome experience yesterday going to have my oil changed!! 😁 The entire staff at this location was awesome!!! They were all extremely fast as usual, so friendly, knowledgeable, and informative this time as well. They kept me updated on everything as it was being done!! The guys at this location are awesome!! They again yesterday didn’t hold anything against my little Pomeranian or her new T-Cup Chihuahua sister for barking and growling at them and then ignoring them, well that was until the treats showed up in one of the guys hand. Once that happened my 2 girls immediately fell in love with their new best friend. lol I’ve never before been anywhere to have any service completed on any of my vehicles or on anything for that matter that I actually looked forward to go have done nor would I have ever believed it could ever happen until now having the experiences I’ve had every time with the staff and service at this Take 5!! I wish more businesses had staff like Take 5 has!! Y’all are awesome and did a great job Guys!! 10/10 😁 I’ll see y’all again in 3 months!!

I went In to get an oil change, and the loveliest young man was able to help me normally I go to the dealership to get it changed, but this time I decide to go to Take five oil change. Well, the young man name is Williams and he did a wonderful job. He explained everything that he was going to do showed me what he was going to replace and why he was going to replace it. I felt so satisfying when I left there he was so knowledgeable of what he was doing, and he seemed like he really enjoyed his job and I’m so grateful. I will always come back there now to get my oil change instead of going to the dealership and the price was even reasonable, so thanks again William and you have a blessed day.
