I visited as all of a sudden had a serious oil leak. It was after 6 PM and nothing was open and then I noticed Take 5 still had the doors up. I pulled in , and they were eager to help. Alex took a look , found the problem and made a video on my phone of the issue so that I could take it to my mechanic the next morning. They replenished the oil that had been lost so I could safely make it to the repair shop the next morning. Alex and crew were very helpful and courteous.
I was wanting an oil change quick and from Greenwood MS. I found this place and I was amazed!! Kris was so knowledgeable and professional and Alex and Jim were so good at explaining to me exactly what was going on!! They all went above and beyond in taking care of me. I will definitely be back and will recommend this location to my family that lives there and all my friends that travel to Jackson!! They changed my oil and even checked my tires and I did not even ask for that. Checked my oil before they started. Checked my fluids. Never had this done before and washed my windshield!!! Come to Greenwood!! Great job guys!!!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 So impressed!!! 5 star for sure!!!!
