I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! These gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I recently found out that the Honda dealership had neglected to change both my cabin air filter and engine air filter, and the team at Take 5 caught it and got everything taken care of for me. I truly appreciate their attention to detail, honesty, and great customer service. They definitely got me right! I highly recommend them and will absolutely be returning.
By far the best oil change experience I ever had. Originally I reported to changing my own oil because I got tired of waiting half an hour or more at so many places. With a new car, I know I need oil changes reported, and so I decided to give this spot a try. They are leaps and bounds better than any other oil change place I've been in over 20 years of driving. Incredibly kind and courteous, respectful and well informed. Their communication between team members ensured nothing was forgotten, and they double checked their work. Absolutely phenomenal place! They also checked all of my fluids and filters free of charge, and even wiped down my windshield as a courtesy.
My attendants today was Brady and Mr. David. Highly recommend them both as a team. They made me as customer want come back and bring a few other with me next time. I live in OC but is willing to come back here for service. Awesome job you guys and I also appreciate the sense of humor. Oh, my boy Brady was on it with promotions and knowledge of the product. See y'all next time! 😄
