Overall a fantastic experience as always. This time though was even beyond this standard that this specific location has set for itself in my subjective opinion. Professional, understanding, and an overall attitude that makes me getting my oil change not feel like a choir. All the individuals involved with my car where outstanding, but specific a gentleman named “Ethan” was our main tech, has he handled the purchase, paperwork and was letting us know updates. A absolutely professional who if not the manager should be. If you don’t even consider the fact I would come back just because of their track record, I would come back solely because of how I was treated as a customer from Ethan.
It’s odd I’ve been using this same place for over 10 years & when ask for a review I have delete old review to post a new one. It was terribly hot. The 3 men working gave us cold water & made us comfortable while we waited. We were able to keep our a/c on most of the visit. They were fast & efficient. The young man also gave us some directions. Pleased to get what we paid for & the upbeat happy manner even on a steaming hot weekend day.
We were pulling an rv and one of the tires registered 40 psi. Stopped at about 3 different service stations in the rain to air up. None of them worked. Went to this Take 5 location and they not only aired it up but made sure all tires on our camper were fine and sent us on our way! GREAT GUYS!!!! We would give them an 100 stars if we could!!!!Thank you!!!
