Christian and crew always take exceptional care with our vehicles. Our most recent visit included changing out the air cabin filter. I do not recommend waiting 25,000 miles before changing it. Jacob removed the air filter and there was a hard leaf stuck to the filter. We drove the car a few days and it got warm again and we turned on the fan for the AC and had a loud noise. We took the car back in and Jacob removed the cabin air filter and blew out as much as he could but the noise remained. He suggested I come back when Christian was there. I brought the car back in this morning and Christian was there and he got in the vehicle with the attitude of "not on my watch!". Within moments, he had dropped the compartment underneath the glove box, had the motor out, and found yet another hard leaf. Aside from the entire staff being highly professional, skilled, and truly caring about their customers, they are some of the nicest people you will ever deal with. In addition, Christian thanked me several times for bringing it back in so they could diagnose and fix the problem.
I like how y'all perform and did your work I would recommend anyone to come to y'all the way how y'all Express which I was going to the car and everything is something that's enjoying to listen to what you're doing and how you express what y'all fixing what y'all doing to the car and how you work together excellent I recommend anybody to come to y'all who did my oil change and everything very well excellent work keep it up
First time ever getting an oil change at an establishment. But I'm not from the area so I decided to get one when my car asked for it. I also had my air filter changed because it was due. The crew moves fast but perhaps too fast for their own good. When I drove back and parked the car my check engine light came on. When I opened the hood and looked it over the next day I discovered an air hose was unplugged from the main hose that leads to air filter box. I plugged it back in and reset the code. Other than that good service overall. But, just wanted to share that precaution and diligent work should be taken when working on other people's vehicles.
