I love coming here for my oil changes. Everyone is always so pleasant and it’s always been an excellent experience. They start off the customer experience with offering a water which I believe is such a nice touch! They are quick yet efficient and always make sure to explain what the process is and answering all of my questions and concerns! They also offer the oil top off in between oil changes which has been great as well. Affordable, excellent t customer service & knowledgeable. It can’t get any better!
I take all of my cars to various Take 5 stores and the Blaine location really has great customer service. The manager Antavion is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing I didn't feel like I was being upsold and he showed me the difference between new and old air filters that I never even knew was there . Will be returning and bringing friends as well .
I went in for an oil change and left having a great experience. The staff offered me refreshments while I waited, and the service was quick and efficient. They recommended upgrading my filters, and the technician took great care of me and clearly knew what he was talking about. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely be returning!
