I had such a wonderful experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Blaine! Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Octavian truly stood out. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything, and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He was so friendly and made the entire visit easy and enjoyable. That kind of genuine care and customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you, Octavian, and the entire team!
I’ve been to this location for both my work vehicle and my personal vehicle! They’re very patient, honest and thorough with their work and inspection! It does help that they’re fairly quick as well. This location will be my go-to for oil changes and other simple needs for both my vehicles. Thanks Josh, Quincey and the rest! Update!! Jonathan and Jovan definitely went above and beyond today on my consistent oil change with this location. They told me 35min wait when I arrived, gave me some water and I said for only 10min before they were able to get me in their bay. Much appreciated to these two busy, hard working bros. I’ll keep coming back for sure 🤘🏼
Came in tonight to get an oil change done on a car had literally just bought (used, but new to me). Antavion was working and he did an amazing job. He was patient while we figured out what oil to choose and how to reach the air filter so it could be checked. Not only was he patient but he was also very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Appreciate all his help tonight. Thank you Antavion!
