I went there for the first time, when I pulled up there were 3 girls working. Before I even got into stall the manager meet me with a bottle of water. They did an amazing job and recommended I replace the air filter and cabin filter. Both were nasty. My cabin filter took them about 15 minutes to replace because Buick put it in a spot that most people would need the dealer to replace. The manager and the oil change gal tackled it with out an issue. I will always go back and will recommend your business to others. Thank you Bob
Best place in Muskegon for a quick oil change by far! They are professional, communicative, friendly, and on top of all that, do an amazing job. In a world where customer service has taken a drastic nose-dive, it’s wonderful that there are still places that care about doing a fantastic job, take pride in their work, and are extremely friendly. I also love how they joke around with each other and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do.
When I pulled in the garage someone gave me a bottle of water and then guided me in until they said to stop. They had me pop open the hood of my car and got to working on my oil change. They asked me if I needed my wipers changed. Then they showed me a filter that was filthy and asked me if I wanted a new one. They won't do anything that you say no to. They are all very pleasant worker's. I will definitely be going back there and recommend it to anyone who needs an oil change. Thanks for a great experience.
