They are quick and friendly…I like going here because they acknowledge you your arrival immediately and even offer you a cold water bottle. They are faster than Valvoline and most of the time their wait is way less if a wait at all. I typically don’t have to wait at this location. And they give me coupons too for my next visit when I have asked. Wish they had an app for coupons. Never had a bad experience and they are consistent every single time.
5 stars all around. Everyone was incredibly kind, informative, and fast. They explained everything clearly and, more importantly, didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They even gave me a bottle of water while I waited — but the real way to earn my business is apparently giving Cinder some Milk-Bones. 😂 He was a big fan of the service too. Quick, honest, friendly experience. I’ll definitely be back!
Really excellent place. The team knows their stuff and told me things about my vehicle that I didn’t know (like that my engine tends to burn oil once it reaches around 80K miles.) Did some research thereafter and sure enough: they were absolutely right. Gave me some tips on how to prolong the life of the engine from there, and of course changed my oil. Will absolutely be back.
