Just stopped in to the Alpine location and as I got in to the bay and started giving my info to Nate, the only employee present from what I could see, three other customers arrived. As Nate calmly greeted the other three customers and offered them water, he made sure to make contact with me and thank me for my patience. As it was obvious that he might have been the only one there, I let him know I’m in no rush and he was all good. He calmly and politely got my oil change squared away, working the top and underside, in between, also checking in with the other two bays. This was my first time in and was impressed not only by Nate’s knowledge, but also his capacity to stay calm and focused in what could have very well been an overwhelming situation. Kudos to this man and hopefully the right people see this so he can get the recognition he deserves. Good job Nate! Keep doing what you do! See you next time!
The shop manager Tony at the store on Alpine is amazing! He was helpful and informative, professional and kind. I went in for an oil change and was able to get a coolant flush and a cabin filter for reasonable prices that fit in my budget. He was excellent at explaining the importance of these services for maintaining my car. I would recommend this shop highly to anyone!
I am a fan of Take 5 Oil Change. I have been taking my vehicles to them for years now. This was in Illinois. I know live in Grand Rapids, Michigan and have visited this location on Alpine a couple of times. I was taken care of very well. The staff was informative and friendly. This will be my location as long as I am here in Grand Rapids.
