I’d give them more than 5 stare if I could! From the moment I rolled up Nate and Tony were very friendly, professional and personable. I truly appreciated how they ran through the recommended services but were not pushy with any of it at all. I typically do my own oil changes but wasn’t able to this time around, Take 5 (on Alpine In particular) will have my business during the winter and any other times I cannot or do not want to change my own oil.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Tony and Nate were incredibly professional, quick, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The pricing was very good as well, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing Tony and Nate at Take 5 Oil Change. Great service, great people, and a great value! I’ll definitely be back!
Just stopped in to the Alpine location and as I got in to the bay and started giving my info to Nate, the only employee present from what I could see, three other customers arrived. As Nate calmly greeted the other three customers and offered them water, he made sure to make contact with me and thank me for my patience. As it was obvious that he might have been the only one there, I let him know I’m in no rush and he was all good. He calmly and politely got my oil change squared away, working the top and underside, in between, also checking in with the other two bays. This was my first time in and was impressed not only by Nate’s knowledge, but also his capacity to stay calm and focused in what could have very well been an overwhelming situation. Kudos to this man and hopefully the right people see this so he can get the recognition he deserves. Good job Nate! Keep doing what you do! See you next time!
