This was the second time I have visited this location and the service is amazing. I was referred by my sister who also had a good experience and they did not disappoint. I drive my child everyday in my car and didn’t realize I needed to change my cabin air filter until it was pointed out to me. When they pulled that filter out it was pretty gross and to think my child would be breathing that in if it weren’t for the guys over here. I’m so thankful for the fast reliable and kind service. Jay the manager was super nice and knowledgeable about my car and things I needed. Very thankful for the guys that helped me today including Jeff and Josh. I will definitely recommend this place to others and continue coming back for more service
Stopped in to get an oil change real quick. It was my first time getting one here and I will definitely be going back. Nate and Noah were amazing. They were very nice and explained everything while they were doing it. They checked everything out and advised me on different things. They weren't pushy about selling me anything but did let me know anything that my car was due for which was nice.
Everyone and everything was absolutely fantastic, I will be returning to the Springfield location on Post road for my next one aswell. The ease and courtesy and the first rate service I received was great. As someone who spent over 40 years in the automobile industry as a sales manager I can say without reservation I wish I'd had service departments who were half as good it would have simplified my job so much by freeing my time up to do my primary job. Great job guys!
