On one visit, they actually told me I didn't need an oil change yet and encouraged me to wait instead of spending money unnecessarily. They even let me know where I could cut corners and save money when it made sense. That level of transparency is rare and speaks volumes about how they do business. Mike and the team are always polite, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. They truly care about their customers rather than just making a sale. Had my oil changed, filter changed, wipers front and back replaced. They were very professional and respectful. They explained each step along the way, I'm 73 and that was very important to me. There was a bad storm with strong winds, they protected their equipment and my car as best they possibly could. I will be recommending this location to my friends .
Excellent service. I stopped by to check my levels, which they do for free. The young man was very kind, got right to it and gave a few suggestions as well for upkeep. I really appreciated that and will be back Sunday to get it done. He didn’t try to make me get it that day but Tod w to “think about having it done in the future”. I appreciated the customer service.
