I had the best experience today at Take 5 in Pineville. Both gentleman that worked on my car were very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. They explained, and more importantly showed me, all of the reasons they recommended the services they did. They also had just finished dealing with an extremely disrespectful individual but did not let that taint the quality and service they showed me. I greatly appreciate them and will for sure be back.
These guys were the most honest people I've run into at take 5. My tag from last oil change said I still had 100 & some miles left they told me I wasn't due for any 2000 that the tag was just for a check on levels. First time had been told that they done that. I could have been taken for a $150 oil change but these guys done the right thing. I will go to them anytime I'm in the area and get a service.
Brandon was very kind and friendly. He gave me great service with airing my tires. He shows great customer service skills and I would recommend others to stop bye and see him.
