Had my oil changed for the second time in Moss Bluff. Exceptional customer service. I was greeted by Joe with a water and told him what I needed done. He was able to get me in within minutes of arriving. Joe and Jesse were very professional. It was a very straightforward process without anyone trying to push additional services. I definitely will be returning. Thank you Joe and Jesse for easy and quick oil change.
I went for an oil change, but my coolant was atrociously dark/rusty. They were very informative and offered a great deal if I let them change it, because they didn't want me to continue driving in it's current state. Great customer service, professional communication, outstanding value, and saved me from a few hours of time in the heat fighting bolts (or much worse). These guys are on point. Don't hesitate to visit them. A+ experience Deon Ford - Safety/Service Rep Jim Fontenot - Hood Joshua - Pit
