I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Jerrick. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without making me feel pressured. He changed my oil quickly and recommended replacing my cabin filter and engine air filter, explaining how they help keep my car running efficiently and improve air quality inside the vehicle. The service was fast, friendly, and thorough. I really appreciate Jerrick’s honesty and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Jerrick if you visit Take 5! He deserves a raise!!!
The staff/service at Take 5 was awesome, kind and professional but also personable. My issue is that the company pushes so many add-ons…does my cabin filter really need to be changed? And I also question why the price only includes 5 qts of oil, but I heard the staff service three different cars while waiting and they all needed 6 qts including my own. I do like that I can go back and get my fluids checked and adjusted even up to a few weeks before change is needed. I have absolutely no qualms about the service I received!
The Take 5 on Airline Hwy gave me fast and flawless service. They offered my a bottle water, and I was thankful… it was 100 degrees. Always great service. I told my daughter, and she went a few days after I went. 10/10 🚙 Service with a smile 😊
