Absolutely outstanding service and care. Special thanks to Mr. Jadan who truly went above and beyond to ensuring customer care and service. Besides his professionalism, knowledge and expertise, he truly made a point to ensure that I was fully understanding of all the checks and services (and special offers) to ensure I had all the information I needed to make a good decision for my needs. His customer service was absolutely exceptional and kind hearted. Thank you so much for being true professionals. Always the best!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about our experience at TAKE 5 Oil! Farrah and Justin were PHENOMENAL! 🤩 They were beyond helpful, incredibly friendly, and genuinely some of the sweetest people we’ve encountered in customer service. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make us feel welcome, and what really melted my heart was how they went out of their way to talk to my tiny human and make him feel included! 🥹❤️ As a mom, those little things mean SO MUCH, and it truly made our visit extra special. You can tell when people genuinely love what they do and care about the people they’re helping, and Farrah and Justin absolutely radiate that kind of energy! They made what could have been an ordinary oil change into such a positive, memorable experience for my husband, my son, and me. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and outstanding customer service deserve to be recognized! TAKE 5, GIVE THESE TWO A RAISE! 😂🙌 Employees like Farrah and Justin are the reason customers come back. We will absolutely be returning, and I hope they know how much their kindness and friendliness are appreciated. If every business had people like them, the world would be a little brighter! Thank you both for being so wonderful! 🥰👏
