I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Savanna provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service. I highly recommend this location, and Savanna definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Keep up the great work!
Rosi provided excellent customer service at Take 5 Oil Change! She was professional, friendly, and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s always refreshing to receive service from someone who genuinely cares about customers. Rosi is a great asset to the team, and I would definitely recommend her and Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for great customer service!
It had been a while since I was serviced here but I'm so glad I stopped by. I'd canceled my earlier dealer appointment due to personal reservations. Savannah was both helpful and patient. She answered my concerns, explained all my needs and equipment. Very thorough with her inspection process also. Turns out last service technician (different place) hadn't done everything they were supposed to, as i suspected. Feeling much safer getting on the road. Thanks Savannah and the team. All were very professional. They were young but efficient.
