A huge THANK YOU to Conner and Derrick at Store #22 in Denham Springs! I have been a Take 5 customer for years, but my recent experience completely changed where I will be taking my business going forward.Yesterday, I arrived looking for Mobil 1 Euro 0w-30. They didn't have it in stock, but Conner went above and beyond by letting me know I could actually purchase my own oil elsewhere and bring it back for the service. I had just been turned away a week prior at Store #531 (O'Neal Lane) for the exact same inventory issue, and no one there ever bothered to share this helpful option with me. I bought the oil and returned to Store #22 for the service, which is when Conner and Derrick saved the day. The tech asked me which oil filter option I wanted—a question I had literally never been asked before. When I watched them use a tool under my hood, I asked what they were doing. They explained they were changing my oil filter and showed me the old one. It was incredibly dirty with a worn gasket. I was shocked and deeply disappointed to realize that the techs at Store #531 had never once changed my filter or even touched that area under my hood, despite charging me for it over the years.Thanks to Conner and Derrick, I left with a properly serviced vehicle and a much better understanding of my car's maintenance. Their customer service was amazing, their honesty was refreshing, and they completely earned my loyalty. I am officially moving all of my business to Store #22. I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Connor and Derek. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and explained the service clearly without any pressure. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s not often you come across employees who genuinely care about providing great customer service, but Connor and Derek definitely do. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes made a big difference. I really appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location because of them

Incredible experience! I was welcomed and greeted by Donald and immediately offered a cold bottle of water with a very short wait time. Tee was the best, she greeted me with kindness, she was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed, she explained everything that I needed and the services I received. Tee was very knowledgeable when explaining everything, and offered me a water as I left. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I never leave reviews, but I was genuinely touched at the compassion and honesty I received from Tee this morning!!!!!!!
