This is the best oil change service I have received, from the South Shore to the North Shore, in years! This particular location has professional, friendly and knowledgeable young men working each time I visit. I do not have to worry about further problems when I drive out of there, the wait is not long and they have held onto that old-fashioned friendly service that is rare in businesses these days. I will definitely be returning, even if I have to come all the way from the South Shore. 😊
The team acknowledged me as soon as I drove up. They were very professional explaining the service I asked for. I also received a complimentary bottle of water. The manager came over and introduced himself asked was I okay. The service was fast and once again explained my tires, windshield wipers and also checked. Will definitely be returning
This location is top notch. I have been to the location on Collins 3 times and never received service. This location puts a portable AC in your window while they service your car! They aren't pushy trying to get you to purchase things you don't want. Exceptional service.
