Always great service!! I actually like going to get my oil changed at my location in Covington on Hwy190. Been going there for more than 5 years now and never have had a problem. In fact I always leave there feeling better than I did when I pulled in. Being a single female with older car I always ask them to look at anything that is not acting right or has not been checked on in awhile and they never have a problem with it. Always very helpful and treat me like a customer should be treated. Cuz without customers there would not be a business. Highly recommend Take5!!!
Dustin, Dallas, and Joseph knocked it out of the park! I stopped by Thursday afternoon for an oil change, and they were slammed. Several cars were ahead of me, but the staff greeted me promptly and were totally friendly. Once it was my turn, the whole process only took about 8 minutes. I had a $15-off coupon, and my total came out to $100.03. That's just the price you pay for convenience. I'll be back again for sure.
This is the best oil change service I have received, from the South Shore to the North Shore, in years! This particular location has professional, friendly and knowledgeable young men working each time I visit. I do not have to worry about further problems when I drive out of there, the wait is not long and they have held onto that old-fashioned friendly service that is rare in businesses these days. I will definitely be returning, even if I have to come all the way from the South Shore. 😊
