I'm giving them 5 stars instead of deducting for a verbal argument that was in front of my truck about my oil change. The manager I assume was going to give me a 50% off my next oil change but we travel and I may not ever be at that location in the future. They did not have my requested 5w40 oil. One guy put in an unmeasured amount of oil. Thats what started the argument between two. They rectified by draining the oil and adding the correct amount. 10 quarts. I had already paid and I guess thats why they did not offer a % off at that time. So I paid full price at about $180.
I waited round an hour r so for my oil change But they were busy of course lol But it was worth all the Wait,,,, My tech was James He was very good at his Job He aims to please Highly recommend on his service to others I know a few of the guys that work here All because I work Nextdoor I will be looking forward to my next oil change there Service was Excellent
I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the entire team was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and explained every step of the process without making me feel pressured. The service was fast, efficient, and thorough, and they even checked things I wasn’t expecting just to make sure my vehicle was in great shape. It’s hard to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers, but this team definitely does. If you’re looking for honest, reliable, and top-notch service, I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change. They’ve earned a customer for life!
