Everyone was polite and very efficient in serving my vehicle. They checked the cabin filter and changed it. Also changed my windshield wipers. But after servicing my vehicle my truck died in Canseco parking lot. My son came and found the battery cable on the negative terminal loose and corrosion that needed to be cleaned. Need to add checking battery terminals to your service check list.
Matt and Chris were professional, kind and informative. Matt explained the importance of a cabin filter. Chris showed the oil 🛢 level once the oil change was completed. Chris reset my dash indicators and showed me how to as well. He was friendly had gave service with a smile. I wish the tip option was available while making a payment via credit or debit card because they deserved one. The service was great.
The manager that was just working with the long hair and hat I think you’re super cute hit me up if you’re single 😁😆😉 the guy I was with is NOT my boyfriend and we were in 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan and had the hertz voucher that didn’t work😂🤣🤷♀️ Thank you for being helpful and handsome!!
