First time customer. I live in Arizona and was in need of an oil change while visiting for a baseball tournament. In between games I stopped at the Take 5 #0830 in Broussard. I asked Jonathan how long it would take and he said he would have me out in 5-10 minutes. We don't have anything like this in AZ. I stayed in my vehicle, watched Jaren, Jonathan work on the car. They worked well together and double checked each other's work. Braegon was working on another vehicle but was immediately there to answer any questions. I left fully confident the work was complete and I was out in less than 10 minutes. A huge shout out to those 3 guys.
The young men corrected everything the previous service man at Walmart messed up. Take 5 guys were so thorough in their findings and their suggestions on products for my car was impeccably outstanding. My car is running well. I am so grateful that I came upon them. They prevented my engine from freezing up/burning up whatever the term. I will definitely be returning for services..
I am a regular customer of Take 5, and tried a different location. Keedrick was a pleasure to deal with at the Broussard location. All my experiences have been wonderful. My one complaint, understanding the doors must remain open for the type of service, however is in Louisiana heat, not only is it uncomfortable for the customer but it has to be unbearable for the employees y’all need some type of fans for these employees!!!
