⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change on College Drive in Baton Rouge! We were in town visiting our daughter, who attends LSU, for Family Weekend and needed to get an oil change while we were here. Jordan was great! He greeted us with excellent customer service, offered us water, and made sure we were taken care of. They got us in and out quickly, which we really appreciated. Thank you, Jordan and the Take 5 team, for the great customer service and overall great work. It’s always nice to have such a positive experience, especially when you’re visiting from out of town. We would definitely recommend this location!
I thought my tire pressure was low on one of my tires, and the Circle K next-door's air machine was broken. However, the employee there told me that to take 5 next-door would air up my tire for free. Not only did the tech check the tire that I thought was low, but he insisted on checking all four. My eyes had been playing tricks on me, though, because none of my tires needed air. But it was such a pleasant experience that I wanted to leave a good review. Thank you!
Even tho I couldnt afford to get my oil changed that day these two guys made me fill so comfortable and unashamed. They were so informatable and knowledgeable about my situation the gas and pil prices that is going up... they explained everything to me about what was going on in the news... They were the best technicians EVER!! I wish at least I could've tip them because they were so nice and kind to me and my granddaughter. They even made sure we had ice cold water while we waited... please give them a raise and a promotion. They made my day... it was the take 5 on College St. Next to the freeway in Baton Rouge La... It was a delightful experience!
