I had two young men help me yesterday. They were both very nice and professional. I did have to sit in my car without ac on, but I was offered a bottle of water twice. The level of care and attention to detail was immaculate! They showed me my cabin filter, and said it was fairly clean, and I could replace it next time. They took out the filter behind my glove box and it was filthy, and hadn't been changed in the 2 years I have had my new 2024 Mazda CX5. From beginning to end their service was perfect. They should both get a raise for how well they took care of me and my car.
I was so impressed with the service at Take 5! The folks working went to change my filter, which they didn't have in stock, so they drove to two seperate stores to get the filter for me, which was incredibly appreciated! They offered me a discount on my engine air filter and I received a coupon on my oil change, so it was a good price. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd recommend anyone to go there for good service!
I was skeptical at first because I only work on my own cars. Wasn't feeling up to it yesterday stopped in ask if they could do my service after I was greeted by very respectful young man. Speedy service, well respected staff, which I will definitely visit again, and all ready recommended them to friends and family.
