Really like this group and location. I usually change oil myself, but when I don't have time I bring it here. Must be doing something right because my 2017 Ford Expedition has 345,000 miles on it and still going! I am disappointed they've changed to Pennzoil now instead of Mobile One, but they let me bring my own oil so I can keep with what my car is used to. They're fast, friendly and good at what they do. I really appreciate them!
Went to the north Maize rd location yesterday. My car presented a couple of challenges, which were handled by the staff appropriately. The young man who worked on my vehicle (I believe his name was Alex) was very professional and gracious. The manager in charge showed good leadership and turned what could have been a bad situation into just a minor hiccup. This kind of personal customer service is much appreciated. I will definitely be back.
I first tried Take 5 in Minot, ND. I loved their service and especially their honesty. I was a little nervous to try it in my new home state, but I was absolutely not disappointed. I was reminded I can drop in and get a top off for free, and the guys were so kind and honest. I will definitely bring our cars here again in the future.
