I pulled up to check in... They guided me into a stall, gave me a fresh, cold bottle of water and showed me their choices. I picked the basic service. Several employees got to work immediately. Oil and filter changed, fluids topped off, tire pressures and air filter checked. I had installed a new K&N air filter about a month ago (they complimented me on my choice), showed me the dipstick to proved it was at the correct level, dropped the hood and guided me out. In less than 15 minutes I was back on the road, feeling the confidence that my car was in great shape, and well cared for. Even with a discount coupon, the cost seemed a bit high (about 30-40% higher than other places), but the convenience and friendly, professional care was awesome! My car is worth it. I'll definitely be back when the need pops up again. Thanks!
Super convenient, sit in your car, drive thru style. With kids and dog in the car, it went great. Even while training newbies in the shop, they were upbeat, communicating clearly with me while all running like a machine. I'll definitely be back rather than dropping off my car and waiting. (Although, excited about getting a shop in Hutch!!)
Bruce (Store Manager) and Jay (Service Tech) were great to work with; best oil change experience I've ever had! Update: 2nd time in this store and I'm still very impressed with the level of service! Well done. Update: 3rd visit, still impressed with the crew's efficiency and courteous professionalism. Olive and Christina took very good care of me.
