I was blown away. I showed up for the first time ever, and the dude gave me a bottle of water before I had a chance to say anything. From there on, I was pampered and treated with the utmost respect. They explained everything they were doing, showed me the current condition of my fluids. They made offers for other services, but we're not pushy about it. I was literally in and out in 10 minutes. It took me longer to get to the place than the service actually took. Simply amazing. I will definitely be back again.
Robert and the guys at Take 5 did a phenomenal job. Hey, he greeted me with a bottle if water and Take 5 candy.... total win. Professional and consistency between all employees, was something I haven't seen in awhile. Communication was refreshing knowing my car is in good hands. Had a coupon I got online, because face it.... everyone out there has one. Robert gave me another coupon for my next time in. Price wise, it was cheaper than I found at all other major service spots, keeping in mind every vehicle has different requirements. With all that said, I have a place to change my oil for LIFE! see you guys in a few months THANK YOU!
I came to this Take 5 with false information given to me by Midas that the noise my car was making was due to the incorrect oil being used during my last Take 5 oil change. After reviewing my oil sticker, past records, & calling Midas - it turns out Midas’s technicians just can’t read & they were wrong in every facet of my visit with them (they received their own review). Leshaun & Miles were on my side 100% of the visit & empathized with me on how Midas did me absolutely wrong. They performed a quick & efficient oil change and even gave me a coupon. Their positive attitudes & support really helped alleviate a stressful situation. Would happily come back here for all of my oil changes.
