Had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The staff was friendly, professional, and got me taken care of quickly. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. A special shout-out to Zakk and Joe for their outstanding customer service and positive attitudes. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and it definitely shows here. I’ll absolutely be back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!
Corbin did an amazing job. He constantly spoke to his team telling them the correct way to do things. They listened and adjusted accordingly. He explained what was going on and offered to changed my AC vent. I’ve been going to Take 5 for a few years and no one has ever offered that service to me. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again Corbin!
1st time to this location , 2nd time to Take 5! What a Great Experience. Was greeted by a very pleasant young lady, who gave us water and a snack then opened a new lane for us. After she cautiously directed us in, Tristen took over. He checked us into the system and we all had a laugh when we found out that it had been 3.5 yrs since the car was serviced BUT only had 1,200 miles put on since! The car is garage and only driven local! The oil filter was changed but the other filter was like new! Tristan was terrific, we showed him where we tried to get a coupon text and emailed 2x and it never came through. He took care of it for us! He is excellent, any question we asked, Tristen was able to answer. He is an asset to your company ! Great customer assistance. The other workers were professional as well, they worked hard very little talking except for their work. We have been to the other "place" and there was so much time wasted with their nonsense ! Thanks . We will be back!
