Joe was my customer service guy and also changed out my very dirty cabin air filter. He's only 17 but knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful not only to customers but his coworkers. Highly impressed. Theresa guided me in and did the oil change. Also friendly and quick. Was very pleasantly surprised at the customer service and speed at this location.
Honestly the best oil change experience I’ve had! I always bop around between various quick service places and feel like I’ve finally found one I can settle on. They were kind, explained things about my car to me in a way I could understand and did not make me feel pressured to buy more than what I needed. Corbin and the team went above and beyond with customer service. Very transparent about each service they did and were kind, and truly quick. Highly recommend!
I have to say, great customer service. The personnel that work at this facility are very knowledgeable about key questions. It really didn't take long once they started working on my truck. Well-planned process. Kudos to the manager, as he was multitasking. Definitely a good place to visit for a friendly atmosphere. I will be returning.
