this Take 5 location was awesome. Jai is the man. he took great care of my car and any concerns I had. Through my own poor planning, I was running behind on everything I was doing for the day, but Jai and his team got me in and out. They helped me make up so much time with how fast they were, I ended up being early to an important meeting. I didn’t even mention to anyone that I was in a hurry. I hope Jai and his team get more than just a pizza party for their amazing work. I will specifically go to his location for all my future oil changes because of the service I was given. It’s not very often you feel a need to write a good review these days, but Jai inspired me to write this by being a badass at what he does and I can tell he inspires his team to do amazing work. Don’t ever let him go!
I had a great experience at Take 5 on Binford. The oil change was incredibly quick and efficient, which made the whole visit really convenient. The team did a nice job walking me through a few recommended services, including the air filter, windshield wipers, and cabin filter, without being pushy. I decided to go ahead and replace the wipers this time, and I’ll definitely come back for the air filter on my next visit. Maurice and John were especially informative and polite—they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. Brandon also made the experience enjoyable with his great sense of humor. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I’d highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, professional, and friendly service.
Been going to Take 5 for the last couple years with my work vans and they don’t skip a beat! In and out in 10 minutes tops, bada bing bada boom! I’m sure they’re all great but I visit the location on Binford! Great job guys and gals, keep it up! Maurice did a great for me today on June 29th, 2026! Great job as always fellas!
