I just got back from getting my oil changed at the shop on Ten Mile and McMillan. I was thinking I needed to get my oil changed because my light had started coming on, and I was driving by the shop and a couple of the guys were holding signs out front that said there was no wait. I thought, what perfect timing, so I pulled in and they got right on it. They offered to swap out my inside air filter so I obliged. Unfortunately, my car had some stripped out screws, and it took a fair amount of time just to get to the air filter… They were the nicest guys and very diligent. I will always go back. What a nice experience.
I’ve been going to Valvoline for my oil changes for years, and this time I decided to give Take 5 Oil Change a chance. I'm glad I did. Seth greeted me warmly and offered me a bottle of water; that level of recognition goes leagues beyond what I’ve experienced at other local businesses. Shout-out to Travis, Seth, and Brady for providing exceptional customer service. You have made yourselves a long time future client!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. They got me taken care of quickly and made sure everything was done right. I appreciate the good customer service and how easy they made the whole experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and reliable oil change!
