From the beginning (welcome, free bottle of water, directing into bay) to every part of this oil change, I experienced superior service. The technicians were exceptionally polite, explained each thing they were checking prior to doing it, showed me the results of everything checked, and never tried to upsell me throughout the entire process. If they were to tell me I needed something at my next visit (and I plan on repeat visits!) I’d believe them in a heartbeat.
This is my first time here and I will definitely be back. I haven’t had my oil changed somewhere other than the dealer in years. I remember competitors trying to upsell me on every little thing and it was not like that here. They showed me my filters that weren’t super clean, but they said I probably didn’t need to replace them until my next oil change. They also asked if I wanted them to Check my diagnostics because my check engine light was on. There were no hidden charges and the staff there was extremely friendly. Highly recommend.
Awesome experience! I brought my truck in and was greeted by Mason. He was very professional, friendly, and honest. He did not try to upsell me on other services, but just gave me recommendations. Kepler and Ace were also servicing my truck and they were very friendly. I just got home to give this review, then I’m getting my wife’s car and taking it over there as well.
