Update (10/12/26): as always, Take 5 on Cumming Hwy/Sugar Hill always takes care of me. Very courteous, professional, and gets the oil change completed quick. They do not press hard on selling me anything, just alerting me for any possible services that may be recommended. Great staff! Update (06/27/26): no change in my rating with Take 5 on Cumming Highway/Sugar Hill..the staff is just tremendous, always so polite, kind, and get me in and out. Whether busy or slow, the staff always has a smiles on their faces and are great to work with! Update (02/21/26): Take 5 on Cumming Highway/Sugar Hill has always taken great care of me! This visit was no different. I let the tech know that i replaced the hood struts but they keep popping out when i tested to close the hood. They saw what I was talking about and used their own device to prop up the hood. The employees are very courteous! There is a closer Take 5 where I reside but i prefer to keep visiting this one as they are great!
I went to Take 5 today in Sugar Hill. Great experience. I was mad at the world when I got there, but Bo (my technician) was joking and brightening up my day. I got my oil chnaged, emissions done, and left there in a much better mood thanks to the friendliness and positive attitude. Bo eventually told me he loves going to work because he works with a great group of people. You don't hear "I love going to work" much anymore in today's world. Anyway, great experience! I'll definitely be back!
Elijah and Aiden were really kind and told me that I had more time until my next oil changed than I thought that I had. They showed me that my oil was a nice golden color and then it wasn't time yet. I felt like that was enormous customer service when they could have charged me for an oil change instead. I'm really appreciative as money is tight. They were even kind to my children and gave them some gummy snacks. Thanks again for the wonderful service.
