Very quick and seamless process. Came by on a Wednesday afternoon after work. I already didn’t feel like getting an oil change because they usually take forever to me, but the staff here immediately got me pulled in. They went over my oil change options, checked my filters and actually ASKED me if I wanted to go through with any additional services instead of being pushy. They were up front about costs so there was no confusion. I was in and out in about 25-30ish minutes. Would definitely go here again. Customer service was phenomenal!!
The service provided was prompt and courteous. It would be beneficial for the employees to become more acquainted with the local vicinity. The link provided on the website directs users to an incorrect location. I was a short distance away and inquired if the establishment was located near Dairy Queen, to which I received a negative response. This could potentially result in a loss of business opportunities.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at 5 Minute Oil Change! Terrell, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything while ensuring I got exactly what my vehicle needed without any pressure. His excellent customer service and attention to detail made the entire experience quick, easy, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend asking for Terrell!
