I've been to Jiffy Lube and other places that claim to be "quick," but it's never true, and the service usually suffers. I had my five kids and our dog with me, which immediately made me think, "This could be a terrible life choice!" However, as soon as I pulled up, the Take 5 team offered waters to our whole family, pulled us right into the bay, and immediately got to work. Their professionalism and efficiency seriously blew me away, especially given the experiences I've had in Atlanta during my six years of living here. I wish I could remember their names, but they did an amazing job, and we were in and out in about 10 minutes. I am absolutely going to continue coming back to the Take 5 in Morrow! The workers deserve a raise, and their manager should let them know it. I hope they continue this level of service!
Love Take 5 in Jonesboro! The hospitality and energy with the guys is different good and they are super nice! I have been going back to them for a couple years! Worth it every time I go. It’s like having a bunch of older brothers looking out for you! 💕💕💕 My car needs premium so I leave paying 70$ with a coupon online deals available!
This location provided the best customer service I have received at an auto care center and the guys did a great job. A few minutes after arriving Jerome started off with cold water, which was great because it was hot outside, (mine was almost gone). While receiving an oil change Wiz did a great job of going over several things and I do not recall any place recommending a cabin filter change. Hmmm ... I think a few places need to take notes from this Take 5. Overall I received excellent customer service at a great location and I will pass a few locations to visit this one again. Great job Take 5 in Morrow! 💯
