The service provided by Caleb and the manager onsite was great. They start out by providing you with cold water while you wait. I was quoted an amount by the call center that was way off from what the actual cost for my vehicle. Even with the &25 coupon. The manager (a female) not sure of her name was able to meet me in the middle for the pricing. I let them know it was definitely false advertising by the call center. The customer service at this location was GREAT. Definitely will be using them again.
Arrived at take 5 off scenic highway, was greeted by Chris. Chris saw me reading through my owners manual, i was trying to figure out which oil i needed for the oil change. Chris was able to inform me on the right oil to put in my car and explained the difference between them! I left take 5 more knowledge and with a great experience! I will definitely be back to get my oil changed ! Service was quick and great customer service! Thanks Chris!
Price was affordable with the $25 off digital coupon. Service was decent. Techs were friendly, but disorganized. Valvoline has better all-around multi-point checks, but they are more aggressive on pushinh extra add-on services and parts. Take 5 recommended wiper replacements when they were not really needed, but at least hey didn't push air-filter replacement ( i had new ones already ) or fluid flushes. Generally satisfied. Quick, congenial and reasonably priced at $33 for synthetic blend.
