I typically always change my own oil/oil filter. However with the military discount and excellent Custer service shown to me by Oliver I believe the shop manager. I will probably just start letting Take 5 perform all my future maintenance services. I understood a lot of what they were asking me, but just in case Oliver took the time to properly explain things and even when I asked about a certain filter instead of just rolling with "yea buy a new one" he immediately examined it and said "this one's still fairly new, let me clean it up for you and reinstall it at no extra charge" that's not just a great salesman, but someone who truly cares about business imaging and Customer service.
Since I travel so much I need to make sure my oil change is done correctly and timely. This is my second time getting my oil change here, I came back because they did such an awesome job the first time and I was so pleased with service. And again, they were so polite, pleasant and check all important areas with the oil change, including tires. And again I am so pleased with the service! Thanks Blake, Michael, and Oliver you guys did an amazing job! I will be back for my next oil change!🤗
Great service, as always! This visit was especially impressive because my technician, Daniel, took the time to ask detailed questions about my driving habits and previous service history to make sure I was getting exactly what my vehicle needed. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and answered every question I had with a smile. Take 5 was already my top choice for an oil change, but Daniel’s exceptional customer service has officially made it my only choice. Thank you, Daniel, for going above and beyond and making an already great experience even better.
