Great customer service drove in my wife and I was greeted with a smile, water and how can I help you ? Maybe not in that order but customer service was on point , So driving into stall we met assist Mgr on duty who greeted us as well went over all pricing as well and answered all wife’s questions asked in detail , So as we decided to move forward, we were handed off to the mechanic who also introduced himself and was very professional and precise, checking all entities of concern under the hood and proceeded to change the oil with no mess wiping and cleaning the area. He and other tech , definitely when I’m opting out of Mercedes every once in a while, I would definitely think of these guys who took care of my 2018 Mercedes so she can return home go back and talk to her twin Mercedes 2025 and let them know she doesn’t have to be nervous when getting a check up from time to time thanks guys. Great job keep up the good work. People really do pay attention.. I pay too much to Mercedes and do not get this kind of customer care. Thx Again , Master Gunnery Sergeant Preston
Excellent service! The guys were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. There was no wait at all, and I was in and out in only 12 minutes. The service truly couldn’t have been better! My only concern was the price. The most basic oil change with economy oil for my F-150 was $97, which is nearly double what I’m used to paying—around $50 at Sam’s Club for Mobil 1. I was extremely impressed with the service and convenience, but unfortunately, the price would be the biggest barrier to me becoming a repeat customer.
Everyone here is kind, professional, and full of positive energy. This is honestly the first oil change place where I felt like they were genuinely there to help instead of trying to rip you off or sell you things you don’t need. I also stopped by a few days ago because several screws had fallen out of the bottom plate under my car. The guy with the glasses was awesome he fixed everything in no time and didn’t charge me anything extra. Great customer service 🙏🏻 and genuinely good people. Definitely recommend this place!
